HI, I'M CHARYSE!
I am a former ICU nurse. I spent 11 years living the life of a busy mom
of two and wife to my high school sweetheart. I would go from the ICU back to parenting, back
to the ICU, with seemingly no real meaningful breaks in between.
I was 80-pounds overweight, and even worse, I suffered from intense weekly migraines and was
constantly operating at an unbelievable level of exhaustion.
The longer I stayed in this cycle, the worse it got. My health began to further deteriorate. The
migraines intensified and all of the medications I was taking made me feel ‘off.’
And the weight? It was nowhere near close to coming off.
Finally, I had enough. No matter what I did, I always felt like I was simply running in place. I
tried every diet out there from Atkins to Keto to the cabbage soup diet (and I didn’t even like
cabbage at that time!), and more. Nothing gave me the energy or helped me shed the pounds consistently.
Until one day, everything changed.
I had been spending the little free time I had researching the science behind the food as well as
lifestyles that might help. I was ready to do anything at this point. Except drink more cabbage
soup!
After reading testimonials and scientific research, I decided to try out a healthier way of eating
that I never would have considered before. I would challenge myself to a vegan lifestyle. The
only foods I would put into my body were whole, natural foods from the Earth. The rawer, the
better.
This went completely out of the norm from how I was raised and every fad diet out there. But
everything else had failed me, so I needed to give it a shot.
Not long after I adopted a vegan and mindful lifestyle, something miraculous happened.
My fatigue disappeared.
Then something else happened.
The weight that stuck to me like glue was finally falling off….seemingly effortlessly!
Migraines and mental fog? Those were gone too!
I was truly amazed. Every single physical and emotional problem that had bogged me down
seemed to disappear. I had more energy than I knew what to do with. As I continued on my
health journey I also started meditating and became a student of metaphysics and neuroplasticity.
Now, I haven’t taken any medication (not even an Advil!) in over two years. I’ve never felt
better and I knew I could help other women feel the same.
After mastering a vegan lifestyle and becoming a certified raw vegan chef, I tapped into my
background as a registered nurse as well as the tools and practices learned from extensively
studying neuroplasticity.
Today, I have been fortunate enough to help hundreds of women step
into their healthiest and best selves.
